Warranty conditions

The warranty conditions state what your rights and obligations are during and after the warranty period. No provision in the warranty conditions may limit your statutory warranty. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

Warranty
The warranty period for MyYour products is two years. As long as you have a warranty on a product, the manufacturer or importer guarantees that the product will continue to function properly under normal use. If a product breaks while you are still under warranty, we will first try to repair or replace it free of charge. If we are unable to do this within a reasonable period of time, we will reimburse you (part of) the purchase amount.

Limited Warranty
Some parts or products have a short warranty period, such as rechargeable batteries, the included built-in LED lamps of the illuminated objects.

No Warranty
Defects caused by normal wear and tear, external calamity (sand, fall or moisture damage), misuse or overdue maintenance are not covered by the warranty.

Seller guarantee
As a seller, we are legally obliged to deliver products that meet the expectations you may have as a consumer.

Your rights during the warranty period

Free repair
If a product breaks within the warranty period, we will first try to repair it within a reasonable time or supply a missing part. What a reasonable period of time depends on your complaint and the type of product. A repair or subsequent delivery of a missing part within the warranty period will not cost you anything.

Replacing product
If we are unable to repair the defective item within a reasonable time, we will provide you with a new, equivalent item. We will also replace the product if it is more economical than repair or back-up of a missing part. Delivery of a replacement product within the warranty period will not cost you anything. The purchase price of the replacement product may differ from the price of the original product; the difference will not be charged or paid to you.

Reimbursed part of the purchase amount
We will refund a part of the purchase price if the repair of your product has taken unreasonably long or much longer than stated in advance and if you have experienced too much inconvenience as a result. If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, you will receive a refund.

Reimbursed the entire purchase amount
If we are unable to repair or replace the defective product within a reasonable period of time, you will receive a refund of the purchase price.

Options after the warranty period
Are you no longer entitled to the warranty, but the economic life of the item has not yet expired? If the product has broken down through no fault of your own within its economic life, we will also repair or replace the item. If the economic life of the item is extended by a repair or replacement, you will pay part of the repair costs. The more the economic lifespan is extended, the greater the part of the repair costs that you contribute. This is because you will be able to use the repaired product much longer than the original product and because with a replacement product the economic life starts to count again..
